Not the best service - hotel is nice Overall the hotel itself was just fine. It served our purpose and is about 15 minutes to downtown San Diego. We asked to check in early and they said no, and later we found out that they should have said yes. They were super slow and a few questions we had, there was nobody at the front desk for over 15 minutes. If you can get over the service, everything else is fine.

Perfect location for our needs, 3 minutes to famil Staff welcomed us at 245 am for "late" checkin, gave us quick run down on services available. First use of toilet plugged it, but night staff cleared it for us. Nice staff, clean laundry, soft bed. Pets welcomed.

Adequate and meets standards for business trip Stay was adequate. Customer service was good. This chain tends to have minimal front desk staffing. I have been to four of them, only 1/4 times I've approached the front desk and an attendant was present. I find it uncomfortable to check into a hotel with an absent of a front desk staff. Cleanliness: small light stain on bed sheets. Comfortable did not smell clean and dark stains on carpet. A Lovely Stay I love it.
Close to the malls and beaches it was a good place to stay especially since i only went for the weekend.

A bit dissapointed Air conditioning wasn't working well fromm did not get cool. Dissapointed with the continental breakfast was not close to the pictures they advertise
