The customer service from the young lady at the front desk at 8pm on a Saturday night made us feel very welcome. She was knowledgable and helpful- thank you!

We lived here for more than a week with our kids. We liked everything - the staff is polite, the hotel is clean and comfortable.
The room was large and had plenty of room for us. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint would be not a large area for pets. Just very small areas right under windows.

I loved the staff we i felt like i was welcomed and had an engaging conversation with him. He remembered what i said and brought it up when i was leaving.
