Sahara checked me in and she was terrific. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful stay. She always had a smile on her face and was very helpful at all times Big improvement from Extended Stay's previous staff.
They called to let me know that the elevator was not in service beforehand. Room was good for an overnight.

We had a wonderful experience!
But it was unfortunate that the elevator was broken that was not part of Expedia‘s release it was one of the first things the hotel shared when I called. They are accommodations in staffs kind hearts made walking the stairs really no big deal things happen and I understand that and their upfront attitude in apologies of it not being released at the time I made my reservations went a long way. The continental breakfast leaves room to go out to eat but I will definitely be staying here again

Unfortunately there are A fairly steady stream of homeless people camped around outside on the property. I spoke with some of them who told me they are on meth. They are sleeping outside on the property they are asking me for cigarettes when I go out to walk the dog, etc. I’m not sure what can be done. I feel a little bit unsafe to be honest. The facilities themselves are very clean and nice and the rates are good. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well.
