My go-to lodging! As always, ESA Oceanside is a winner. I am in between homes and this place has been a great resource. It’s very quiet. I’ve stayed at another ESA property and Oceanside was just better in all ways. We never feel judged or criminalized because we are w/out a home. The staff remains friendly & professional. ESA Oceanside is my home away from home. Thanks everybody! Manir, Ana & Jessica are whom I saw this stay. They’ll each great at their job.

Paper thin walls I don't mind this place for the price but the walls are paper thin. I had to listen to a couple talk, and giggle and have s*x in the next room, granted it wasn't long, aye-oh. But still she was making all noises and the bed was hitting the wall. It was feet from where I was sitting. And conveniently the tv signal went out so I was sitting in a quiet room on my phone listening to people make it while I try to relax.

Check in was very fast. The room was spacious. The only problem was our key card. Every time we left and came back the card would not work and I would have to go the front desk. I also wish the beds were bigger.

Disappointed We were disappointed that the breakfast was very minimal and had to be eaten in our room with as there was no breakfast room. The microwave was faulty. In short - no personal touch!
