Nice enviornment It was great until last day when the ceiling was leaking urine. That kinda killed it but other than that, my stay was great...

Overall, the stay was ok. Our room was never cleaned and the keys stopped working daily.

Conveniently located, but some shady characters in the parking lot of the property. The first room we were given had a horrible smell of smoke and urine. Luckily, another room was available which smelled fine, but had a sink that backed up with water within a few seconds of turning on faucet. The hallway to the room also had a stale odor of weed:( The staff was friendly, but the rooms should probably be checked for things like clogged sinks and horrible odors.

The room was clean and staff friendly. No problems with amenities. Biggest complaint is that the ceilings/ floors are very poorly insulated, so both nights I had difficulty sleeping because I could hear the constant sounds of foot steps and thumping in the room above me. The same exact thing happened the last time I’d stayed in an ESA as well.

Good stay The hotel was ok. The room was dirty when we checked in and we had to clean the area with clorox wipes. The tub and kitchen area to be exact. The floors had hair that wasn’t ours on them i kept finding long strands of hair all over the bed and my clothes. Overall the stay was not bad the hotel seems to be understaffed. There isn’t daily housekeeping because it is an extended stay so don’t be alarmed. It’s normal.
