Irrigation issues have rendered the entrance and parking lot a muddy mess. The room windows don't lock and are next to the roof for easy access from the roof. Also, they don't close all the way. The heater smells like something is burning when turned on. Chairs in room are dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced.

I reserved a non-smoking room, but unfortunately our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The property accepts pets, but there is no place for the pets to urinate outside. The landscaped areas are filled with short, stiff plants with thorns. I had to drive my dog to a grassy area. I always clean up after her, so that isn't a problem, but having no place just outside the hotel was.

Sd trip Bathroom smelled like pee pee. And they charged my card $200 even though I pre paid on hotels.com. staff was super nice besides the card issue.
