Average stay We had a smoking room even though we had booked a non smoking room. Hotel was booked, so no changing rooms. I would have given a good a 4.0 score if we have had a non smoking room. No coffee maker in room even though there was a kitchenet. Bed was comfortable.

Carlos the attendant on duty handled things very well. There was a electrical outage because up the street a transformer blew up. When we tried to check in on June 9th at about 4PM there was no power to the hotel. Some other people were berating Carlos because of the situation that he had absolutely no control over. He handled the situation very professionally and calmly. We left and went to hang out with some friends and returned after dinner & the power had been re-established. Will stay there again It was a nice clean room service was good the only bad thing their was an accident which they crash into the main light box and hotel had no light for 2 hours but I know it wasn’t their fault at the hotel

Comfortable experience Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, pet friendly and the staff is very professional. Would highly recommend staying here. Will be staying at this chain of hotels from now on!

Great. Overall it was a great place. I’ve been to many different hotels when my family and I go California and this one has been the best one. The carpet did have minor stains, maybe 3-4 and the shower curtain was a little dirty. Maybe try washing the curtain also? But like I said overall it was a great place. The staff was welcoming and my kids and husband loved it.

We had a great stay at this property. Centrally located in oceanside and right off the highway makes it super convient. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only prob was the bed is not the best, but for the price its hard to beat.

Construction and a smokey room The hotel was under construction right next to our room. Getting down the hallway with a luggage cart was a nightmare as there was construction debris blocking the way. It did not mention the construction when I booked the room. I requested a smoke free room when I booked, but some how my reservation was for a smoking room.
