I would have given 5 stars but the cover of the light fixture in the bathroom was falling off and the carpet had a lot of stains.

The Extended Stay hotel suites my needs just fine; clean, everything worked (I had to switch to this hotel immediately, the one I was staying at none of the tvs on their property worked!) I just wish they had a Keurig coffee maker. I stayed in a hotel in LA recently that had a mini Keurig looked like was made for hotels. But for the most part I recommend this hotel.
Room was slightly unclean. Overall staff was great. And the area was quiet

Cheap but dated. I had never stayed at this chain before. It was cheaper than hotels nearby. I was excited when I arrived and the exterior building and complex looked okay. However, the bathtub was cracked with paint chipped away, condition was quite poor. No bathroom amenities - and needed to go to lobby service desk to obtain. Service at lobby was friendly. I will not be staying at this chain in the future. Quite depressing.

This property is beat down, stains on the carpet , part so the bathroom counter missing. And it claims that it has breakfast "included" however their breakfast is a 5 ft table with couple of coffee machines and a small basket of power bars or maybe muffins.. Very disappointing. The first morning walking to the lobby to get the "included breakfast" I was greeted by 3 police officers that were there to "handle" a couple of guests. If you can "stay away"
