Oracle Don't go during an Oracle convention. You may get kicked out of your room.

High price, but low quality. Sheets & blankets were very thin, bath mat was moldy, room was stuffy and it was impossible to control the airflow and temperature in the room.

Homestead I booked this hotel for lack of better options. It was about what I expected. Had trouble with check-in because the room type I picked I thought had at least a couch bed in it, but it didn't. Tried to switch rooms with the late-night attendant, but she didn't speak English well and she had to call the owner to help me. Room was okay, but the walkways were dirty (some garbage, some spilled beer).

Spend the extra money to go somewhere else This place is disgusting. I felt more dirty after I got out of the shower than when I got in. There are stains on everything like the carpet, the counter tops, the towels, etc. Basically, you get what you pay for.

This place is disgusting We arrived to find our "nonsmoking" room smelled like an ashtray and only after refusing to sleep in it did they move us to another room that didn't smell like an ashtray but instead smelled like a urinal. The place was filthy. The carpet was so vile and dirty we didn't want the bottom of our feet or even our shoes to touch it. Even inside of the cabinets smelled. There was hair around the bathroom. There was no service to clean the rooms or make the beds (which was not explained when we booked the r... read more

Not the best deal; not the worst Many nearby hotels were booked; since I needed to leave 4:30a for airport no competitors shuttles were available; made this the frugal choice. Rood need new carpet, NEW BEDDING, needs shampoo for heavens sake! (Sure this is an extended stay but for one nighters make with the shampoo)

Forget it Do you want to start 1st day of your vacation in the bathroom with a plunger? This is the place. Well, that's not the worst part; the front desk was, to say the least very rude: "This is not the kind of hotel where we provide these-'fixing choked toilet' services" It took 3 calls and 2 visits to the front desk to get a plunger. And another call to get a person to fix it.

Noisy and not maintained. The window that opened onto the open courtyard was not easy to lock. They was a lot of noise from young guests until 2 am.
