When you really need a room Arriving after hours (near midnight) I had difficulty rousing the hotel staff to allow me into the locked lobby to check in. My room was missing certain essential amenities, such as toilet paper, but rousing the sleeping staff again to get assistance was not possible. The first bed had someone else's hair in it, but again, it was past midnight, so I just slept in the other bed, which seemed clean. No Attention to Detail would've been an average stay for me if not for the filth when the toilet seat was raised.

Dirty room There were long black hairs in my bed as well as on my towels and the carpet was weirdly damp. Overall, bad experience. Wouldn't recommend this place. Really gross.

Bad service I've stayed at many extended stays and this was the worst one I've ever stayed at by far. First of all the room was dirty the kitchen area and stovetop was filthy. Second when we asked for all the dishes so we could cook cause this is why we stay at extended stay we were told "your only staying 1 day what do you really need" which I said we plan on cooking dinner and breakfast we need it all which then it took 3 hours to get anything which the dishes weren't complete at all didnt have a skillet when I asked for o... read more

They contacted me by phone and knocked on the door three times each time reminding me of check out even though I still had an hour to go. they gave me the bums rush.

Been had This company lied to me about transportation back and forth to the airport. Ended up spending an extra $40 on cab fair :(

Not impressed The hotel itself was fine. I was lied to multiple times by employees. I had called the 800 number since I couldn't get through to the hotel and was told they had free transportation from the airport. I got in touch with the hotel itself to verify and they said no but it was only a 10 or 15 dollar cab ride. It was about 40. Unimpressed

Couch and bed was squicky loud. I booked a room with a roll away bed. This hotel does not have roll away beds. Hotels.com lets you select this option. The hotel was nice enough to give me another room with a fold out bed for the same price. No place to eat close by. you have to drive to eat.

The room was overpriced because all the hotels in the area where completely booked for a conference. The bathroom was not clean - had hair all over the floor and tub and the carpet was wet in the room. The beds were as bouncy as a trampoline.
