I had rated the check in experience previously - when i was checking out the same manager confronted me in why i rated the facility like I did. He was rude and questioning my judgement instead of trying to be nice.

One of the greatest hotel to be at So back at extended stay downtown San Jose ever review you guys see is always something good and today wont be different I feel like extended stay is me and my family second family we had to book this room out of the blue and it's great they had the room we needed . 出張で利用しました。 サンノゼ空港に近いので、サンノゼを中心に動くには便利なホテルです。 夜遅くにチェックインしようとすると駐車場でフロントを呼び出さないといけないので、慣れていないと少し戸惑うかも知れません。

Cheap, safe hotel minutes away from SAP center. Not updated, you’ll find cosmetic maintenance is needed, but a secure gate lets into the parking lot & the sheets were clean! I will stay here again when going to an event at the SAP center.
