I was pleased with the location of Extended Stay in America.
The check in Staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities are just okay: clean but basic and in need of upgrading. Pillows were uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have some supplies in the kitchen.

I had rated the check in experience previously - when i was checking out the same manager confronted me in why i rated the facility like I did. He was rude and questioning my judgement instead of trying to be nice.
