Looked nice but a bit dirty The hotel itself looked nice. We went up to our room and it was very spacious. It didn't smell to good and it was due to some water damage in the bathroom. There was a water bubble in the ceiling and the faucet leaked so all night we heard the water drop.

The best extended stay downtown San Jose Everytime I come to the extended stay downtown the customer service is fantastic the mangement knows what there doing I'm coming in happy and I leave happy it's quit the rooms are always clean and ready one of the best hotels iv ever stayed at but I wish I can get a discount for as many times as I go but it's still one of my favorite hotels to be in thank you extended stay downtown for making my visits feel like home
