we had a good stay besides the shower being clogged on the second floor and I told the front desk and there was nothing they can do about it but give me the number to the manager and my son woke up and found a cup that wasn't ours under the bed that was a little gross

I like having kitchen facilities. It was nice to have the kitchen facilities, but the supplies need to be updated and complete. The bed was much to hard for me.

Decent price in an expensive location The only bad thing about this hotel is that the hall ways smell like smoke if you have to book a smoking room. My clothes smelled of smoke and I'm not a smoker. But having a full kitchen was nice and the beds are comfy!

Just what I was looking for for one night. Room always clean and comfy. I took my dog and an infant and it was all okay. Wish there were more options for the breakfast but it was not bad; packaged muffins, oatmeal, apples.

Helt ok Helt ok! Mötes av någon konstig alkis i början men annars var hotellet helt ok! Frukosten var ett skämt av konstigt kaffe och någon powerbar

room was comfortable and quiet. very little walking distance to shopping and food.

Edenville South San Jose I have stayed here several times. The staff and consumers are friendly. Price is reasonable for the amenities. The only thing is this time shower soaps/shampoo/conditioners but I tend to bring my own.
