Nice hotel near San Jose area. Quick registration, Very Helpful Staff. Clean room and bathroom.

Mid way stop When we first checked in we were told that we were booked into a smoking queen room which was very upsetting. The staff did a nice job of finding us a non smoking double room so in the end it was OK but I was disappointed in the booking

If you don't need the staff to do anything then you will be fine

Smelly stay The room smelled bad, for this rate you would expect something clean at least.

No extras The the room had a kitchen in it it had nothing else. There are no cups or coffee maker, the towels were as thin as could possibly be, and you got shampoo and soap. I had to call down to get some cups and the front desk clerk said they had some for me but I had to come down and get them. I was in my room with two three year old sleeping so I couldn't leave.
