The hotel itself was pretty clean and comfortable. The staff was a different story. When my daughter and I checked in, it was like we were interrupting the girl at the counter. She was not friendly at all and rude. She didn't take the time to tell us about the WiFi code or the time and location of the continental breakfast. Asking questions, seemed to bother her.

Location perfect for where I needed to be The employee who checked me in was rude, I arrived at check in time (3pm) and was asked to have a seat in the lobby for approximately 5 minutes till room was ready, 35 minutes later I noticed others checking in and when I asked about my room I realized a change of shifts and tried to explain my situation and the girl was rude!
Overnight Visit Nice clean and comfortable room.

Wonderful My kids and I only spent 1 night at Extended Stay America hotel, It was so clean and comfortable that I wish we planned we'd stayed longer we'll sure do that for our next road trip.
Stinky and dirty. Hotel is supposed to be smoke free. The room smelled really bad like cigarette smoke. We asked the cleaning person for febreze or Lysol so we could try to mask the smell so we could stay in the room. They did provide this to us. We rented one of their suites and it had an entryway by itself at the end of the hall. There was trash all over the floor in front of door to the room. Never again I go in my room and it's blizzering hot that day. A good 90° with no breezes and my AC didn't work. I call the front desk & It was a girl with tattoos on her arm and chest. She was not helpful at all and didn't care to help by even the tone of her voice. Didn't offer to send help or assign a different room. SHES what made the stay terrible. Also, fix the AC's!!!!!!
