Good value They were doing work on the room and it didn't have the extra sofa bed but it was fixed as soon as I told the person at the front desk. Love the full sized fridge and kitchenette (but you do need to bring any dishes you need and such).

Overall clean hotel but is aged and doesn't provide a lot of amenities.

Excellent Experience...I definitely recommend it
Over Priced The bed was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was stale muffins, and the coffee pot not kept full.
CLOSE..CONVENIENT..CLEAN..WILL STAY AGAIN WAS A LATE CHECK-IN... DESK HELP WAS FAST AND COURTEOUS... LOVED MY ROOM... MY HUSBAND WAS AMAZED WITH THE DEAL... WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRAVELS TO SAN JOSE

Never get a smoking room I wish I had thought about getting a non smoking room. I didn't think it would matter. It did. You can't get rid of that smell. Lesson learned for next time.
Have not been able to get a refund. I booked a room here and was not able to check in. I was told they had no available rooms but I was still charged for the room ahead of time. I still have not received a refund because they have not been able to contact management.
