Great room, terrible staff After a very long drive I hoped to receive a warm welcome with a smile, instead I saw two individuals, heads down looking at their screens. No eye contact, smile, or warm greeting when one muttered they would be right with us. When finally assisted again I was hoping for smiles and warmth, but received neither. I enjoyed the stay here and it was conveniently located near 101 freeway. However, I was charged twice by hotel staff. I had paid in full when I booked but the hotel staff double charged me which was disappointing after I explained to them I had already paid.
Some of the staff was to serious.

Satisfied
Perfect to have your own kitchen especially since I prefer to cook my own food. There was also a great gym nearby that offered a 7 day free tryout (Anytime Fitness)
