Front Desk Staff pushy & inneficient I needed to pay for my dog for the second day I was staying there so while getting breakfast in the lobby I told the girl at the desk that I would be back in a couple of hours to pay her in cash. Not more than an hour later she had called my friend whose credit card they had on file and told him she was charging the fee to his card then she also called my emergency contact person and told him they needed payment yet strangely no one ever tried to call me on either my cell phone or my room... read more

Greats This hotel is nice ,but only the air condition is not working ..other from that is greats ..i love to cook but checking on pots theres no lid..pls fix

Great No Frills room for a reasonable price. Great hotel for the reasonable price. Recently refirbished. Would be great for a multi day stay with the nearby Twin Creeks sports complex or Great America. Rooms are small but functional with a comfy bed, LED TV, and kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. Breakfast was included, but I had to leave too early to enjoy. Solid no-frills, good priced stay.

Rebranded as Extended Stay America This property, along with all related properties (Homestead Suites, Extended Stay, etc.) in Silicon Valley were renovated in winter/spring 2012 and have been rebranded. The renovation is OK, and this property overall is...OK. The front staff is friendly. A reasonable place to stay if you're going to be doing business in the neighborhood for several nights, but not close to any stores or restaurants, so plan accordingly.

Extended Stay Hotel This extended stay hotel is basic. The rooms are kind of drab. The dishware and flatware is minimal and this type of hotel should include a dishwasher. The rates seem high for what you get. The bed is just barely acceptable, but the shower water pressure is good. The staff is very good and very helpful. The location was perfect for reaching my place of work.
