Stayed 1 week It is near Freeway (R237) and convenient to go to mountain view. The compliment breakfast was too sweet for me. I bought bagels at Trader Joe's. But I am satisfied with the hotel.

Hotel environment The office was closed after midnight, all the lights were off and we weren't sure if we went to the right hotel. For security reason, I can see why they locked the front door after midnight, it made me feel nervous when we checked in at midnight, I didn't feel safe at all.
Mai, at the registration desk, was wonderful.

Nice clean rooms. Bed was not on an appropriate base and collapsed the first time I laid on it. I had to realign make-shift rails under bed.
The person who did check-in wasn't experienced in handling customers. We asked for few utensils but the representative refused to give us and explained that persons with less than a weeks stay don't get utensils. I was surprised to not even have a glass for drinking water. Tooth brush / paste were also missing in the room.
Hotel was Ok, but they double charged me. I spend over 2 hours on the phone to finally get resolved.
