Clean and affordable. Good for business travel The place is easily accessible from 101 and 237. It is clean, relatively quiet. The wireless (one time extra charge of $4) works nicely. The room has a small kitchen, which allow you to have simple meals. Overall, good quality for the price. It'd be even better if they had some fitness room.

Decent clean place This is a reasonable value. The beds were just "ok", but everything else is nice. Not top quality, but I think it is a decent place to stay. Close to freeway. Little kitchenette is nice if you need it. Overall, I would stay here again....which I actually did.

Outstanding customer service I've done a lot of travel in my careers, however sometimes when you JUST HAVE TO GET AWAY. the timing is usually wrong...... SO you go local. In this case, I traveled all the way from Mountain view to Sunnyvale (Now, I would have preferred to use your Mountain View location but there was a remarkable price difference- I guess we can thank Google and Microsoft for the prices in Mountain View) I wanted to write this to make sure that I gave my highest compliments regarding customer service to a you... read more

CONSIDERING ANY ALTERNATIVE I was just traveling through for the price you can't beat this place. It was very clear, no noise, comfortable, and the front person was polite.

また利用してみたい 金額から考えると満足の状況でした。 立地も問題なく、部屋の清潔さ等なにも問題ありません。 部屋の清掃が通常ですと一週間に一度になるので、この点を認識しておく必要があります。 インターネットの設定等問題ありませんでした。

Quiet, clean. Some wear and tear. I cooked beef chili for a 49ers tailgate party held on the following day. There was no teflon frying pan, but I was able to keep the ground beef from sticking to the pot. There were plenty of electrical outlets for me to plug in my crock pot and my laptop computer at the same time. The Wi-Fi was easy to access and it ran at a decent speed. The room had good sound insulation from frwy 237 outside.

No food within easy/safe walking distance I didn't rent a car and arrived by Super Shuttle. The hotel was OK but I was expecting to be able to walk to someplace to get some dinner and there wasn't really anything around so it was take out for the two nights that I was there. They don't have vending machines on-site either. The only problem I had is we booked through Hotels.com and then they charged my credit at check in so I had to go back and get them to credit my account so we didn't pay twice.
