Not too shabby The room was good but it would be better if there was central air instead of the noisy room air conditioner/heater. We wound up not using the unit and relied on the blankets which was sufficient once in bed. The bathroom did not have a fan, so if one person did their "business", it took a few minutes to clear out. Cool stay Everything was great with the hotel. The only thing i can complain about was my room. It was right next to the elevator. My room would vibrate all night so i couldnt sleep. Just a tip, request a room away from the elevator .
Concierge was careless and we did not receive the room we paid for.
Xmas holiday visit Two days stay over Xmas Holidays.
San Rafael not so good Hotel is OK, personally did not like the pillows, and breakfast was coffee and a sweet roll. Room has everything you need to stay a few days, not my normal, usually stay only one day. Negatives Bathtub was not cleaned, the wash cloth was hanging on the curtain rod, ant the shampoo was still on the edge of the tub.
Pleasantly surprised Was pleasantly surprised of how nice, spacious, and comfortable our hotel stay was. The only thing I would change is the continental breakfast. It greatly needs improving. Would be nice to have fresh milk, yogurt, cereal, and fresh muffins (not stale single prepackaged muffins) added to the menu.

Truck was broken into first night stole all my tools, door handle has to be replaced. So guess what I'm saying is does not seem to be safe.
