Misrepresented property / Uncomfortable Stay When I arribed to check in, I was told that they only had one room reserved for me. Upon further speculation on my part, I did have a second room but it was under my husband's name. The property is understaffed. The pool was closed and this amenity should be removed because this was one of the major determining factors for me choosing this property for my 2 day stay. This was horribly disappointing. There were so many awful smells throughout the hotel. Entrance, lobby, hallway, elevator, 2nd floor hallways, the room, the sheets. Just disgusting. The shower still has someone's used washcloth in it, so that means they didn't clean it good enough (if at all) to even notice it there. The air conditioner was loud as sit shut off every five minutes, people were extremely loud at 2:30 in the morning without anyone coming up to hush them. Front desk girl was very nice and pleasant, and handled a reservation mixup for another group, who were somewhat difficult and borderline rude, very professionally… The room was mostly cleaned, but there were sticky spots from spills on the floor, needed to be mopped. The frame of the shower door were corroded and dirty, and two bulbs were burnt out or not working.

Call the health inspector If you like roaches and bugs than this is the hotel for you 1st room killed 5 roaches in 30 min so they gave me another room A little cleaner but still killed 5 roaches over my 3 night stay Beds were horrible placed smelled bad

The management should all be fired. Staff workers tried but they do not have the skills to handle the massive issues of this facility. Filthy lobby floors, hall ways, on all floors a mess. The first room they gave me had a landline that wasn't connected. I am 74 and alone, and needed to have some safety precautions. The only window was stuck partly open, would not close. Not a great place to stay. My family and I left after 20 minutes with no refund. The rooms were so filthy the elevators were trashed and filthy. Prostitutes and drug addicts in the hallway and on the elevator. The room had no towels. It was a studio room with a kitchen and they didn’t have any utensils because the clerk said everyone keeps stealing them.
