Very pleasant! Payal welcomed me at the hotel. She was pleasant and very attentive to my comfort. I was only there for one night but it was a very pleasant stay.

The location and the staff
It's a nice place but staff needs to get their stuff together. I came in around 930 and checked in. The check in was awkward because the lady wasn't explaining anything. Wasn't saying anything about deposit and i asked. Check in took longer than I hoped. I left to get food that same night and when i got back for no reason, my key didn't work anymore. I stayed in room 204. The staff were friendly and answered the phone right away anytime I called. The renovated rooms are clean and are exactly like what is seen in the photos. The only criticism of the hotel I have is the walls being too thin: I heard the rooms next door open and close their window blinds and during the evening (9pm) I could hear the guests staying in the room above walking in their room. It sounded like elephants walking. Side Note: The hotel allows pets to stay at the hotel.
