Property was ok. Just the mattress quality is not comfortable and hurts my back

Property is old and not updated. Did not offer regular cleaning. No crockery or utensils in the room. Had to go to front desk to ask for each item.

I paid almost 500.00 dollars and the room was disgusting, so dirty.

Good Value... Uncomfortable room. Bed very uncomfortable (hard as a rock) and the bed slid out from underneath me when I sat down to take shoes off one night. However, the room was clean and free of unusual smells. Would I stay there again? In Santa Barbara... yes, most affordable room in the area for what you get. If I was going to another city with other affordable options... probably not.

1st Stay We take many trips to Santa Barbara but this was our first time here. It was fine but it’s hard to completely judge with COVID restrictions.
