OK stay. Nice staff. The staff was friendly, but thought our sheets were not actually changed before we checked in. The housekeeper showed up at our door right after we checked in, and seemed surprised we were there already. She asked if we had enough towels, but said nothing else about the status of the room's cleanliness. It was apparent the sheets were not clean when we went to go to bed that night. good price for location Hotel was nice for the price and location. Watch out for leaky a/c and sticky fingers. Don't use the safe...its not safe! Over all friendly staff. If you are looking for something affordable and close to everything this is the place to stay. Just don't use the safe!

great location for shopping Location, location, location. It was on the main road from the mall, the civic center, and river street. It was the perfect location for my visit to savannah. I do plan on visiting the city again and I will be staying at this hotel because the frontdesk clerks were very friendly and informative.

Obviously I think it's a good hotel becasue.. This is the hotel I always stay at when visiting Savannah, GA. The price is right for the location and overall stay. However, the quality of the service seems to be decreasing each time I stay. The night attendant told me they were out of pillows, which I found hard to believe, and if it is true then it's pathetic that they were so under stocked. Very nice .. but .. The road to the hotel makes it difficult to reach if your coming from the wrong direction. The hotel is on a divided street. The entrance appears to be a two-way,and exit is a one way.

Worth the money My goal was to find a cheaper hotel that was some what close to downtown Savannah. This one was perfect. Not a five star but definitely a place to rest your head for a low cost. Close to grocery stores and a few shops.

Will stay here again!! Very pleased! Front desk very welcoming, very helpful, with hotel services and arranging taxi service to our important dates. Found Savannah easy to get around, and very easy drive to Historic District. Have recommended the ESA to our friends that visit Savannah frequently. Best Christmas!
