Place to call home prior to moving out of state Staff at front desk followed her rules but definitely not friendly. Expect us to know the rules like no daily towel service; staff never around to answer questions; how to get cups and plates; where doors are located to get to room. Really wanted bed changed on day prearranged upon checkin but no one bothered to help with that arrangement. Area for this location very quiet! Felt about 80% safe compared to other motels.
Eventhough it was said Breakfast available, but hardly few items of 'Grab& go' type were there.
Nice motel close to the wedding. Nice motel and close to the wedding we were attending. Also had other family staying there. Nice pool area.
Hotel was fine for a quick stop over. Decor was a bit outdated but the place was clean and got the job done.
The hotel is fairly new and clean, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is understaffed, and the toiletry offerings are minimal.
Nice hotel, excellent staff and quiet location. Allowed us into room before 3 pm check in. Grab and Go breakfast adequate. Cheapest place we could find in Bothell.
Nice hotel in nice area. I arrived late, courteous staff, very accommodating.
Wouldn't go back if I could help it The good? They allowed dogs and rooms that fit 6 people for a reasonable price. The free Wi-Fi was pretty fast. The bad? The free breakfast was cheap, pre-packaged banana muffins, coffee, and instant oatmeal packets. Could not get the room to a comfortable temp. Always stuffy. The beds and bedding were scratchy and not comfortable. There was not enough towels, sheets, and blankets for the occupancy level (No bedding for the hide-a-bed.)
