Good hotel, family & dog friendly. The staff were friendly and great although obviously understaffed. The manager spent a lot of time having to deliver items to the rooms. Apparently upper management thinks it is better to have residents order in kitchen supplies rather than stock them regularly in the rooms. Whatever thy may be saving in money I think they are losing in customer and staff satisfaction. Despite this, we did enjoy our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was enjoyable.

Tried to check in at 2:50, check in wasn't until 3pm and they wouldn't allow me until 3. No close stores near by and nothing sold at hotel so that was a bummer. Ok stay probably would go with a different hotel next time. Room was ok nothing bad but no perks either

Room was spacious but the facilities was just okay. I remain neutral about staying here in the future even though it is close to my corporate office.

Could be nice if a few things change We had to call down and ask for bedding for the pull out sofa bed and we were told to come down to the desk to get it. When my husband got down there, they only had one pillow and one pillowcase. He asked if they'd bring the rest up to the room and was met with attitude. They followed him to the elevator, where they found some sheets, then told him they didn't have any blankets but asked if a bedspread would do. He said fine. Incomplete They offer one ved and a couch that turns into bed but it doesn't have sheets or extra blanket but other then that is a good hotel
