Amenities I was a travel or who had to leave early. For overnight guest you should have a coffee pot, coffee etc assigned to the room as we had to call a taxi by six am

Disappointed When booking this stay, we were under the impressions that the room would be a comfortable stay for a family of 5. However the room we booked was so small, we could barely fit our family. When we arrived the hotel clerk was very rude and seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of people checking in. The whole hotel was very smelly. I understand there are some people who stay a lot longer have to cook but the smell of spices was so pungent that it travelled through the hallways and into other rooms. Overall, the r... read more

everything is ok but breakfast Everything is fine, bed is comfortable, room is clean, staff are nice, but the breakfast is a big disappointment.....it's more like a snack bar, there are only some oatmeal, coffee, muffins, couple fruits and some energy bars, that's it. And they collect breakfast so fast and on time, seems like they really don't want to offer breakfast and afraid of if we get one more muffin or one more cup of coffee....I feel really bad about this.

Good stay Suite was great, lots of room. Hotel staff seem low like they didn't have enough employees to man the place, there is never anyone at the front desk and we were told we had no housekeeping and if we wanted it we had to pay extra our room had an ant problem. Breakfast is muffins coffee and oatmeal, price was affordable, location is good easy access to freeway 405 and lots of gas stations and restaurants around, would stay again overall a good hotel

Great place to stay Even though my Hotels.com reservation wasn't found right away, the staff still put me and my family into a room for our whole stay. The staff surprised my youngest daughter a cake with a candle for her birthday which they really didn't have to do that. They were amazing.

Like our own little apartment All accolades go to Jayme (sp?), who checked us in while simultaneously doing 5 other things-this seemed to be the case every time we passed thru lobby. Our first room reeked of scented candles, and she pleasantly changed rooms for us after we unsuccessfully tried to air the room out during our evening jaunt. Without listing everything we observed, suffice it to say she is an asset to the establishment and, on a larger scale, restores my faith in the next generation. IRREPLACEABLE!
