Good Hotel for business travel Fast attention in front desk all day, just a little more training for new front desk personal. Why? A new front desk gay made me a double charge, it was a mistake and i had to wait 8 days for money refunds.

Not good enough the provided kitchen ware was not clean, and they didn't have enough pans and other kitchen items to provide for our room.

Fine for the price I chose this hotel because I'd stayed there before (on the 3rd floor) for many weeks while working in the area. This time, I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor because i wasn't recognized & i didn't think anything of it. However, the 1st room wasn't acceptable because someone before had smoked in it - even though they shouldn't. The 2nd room had a slighly squeaky bedframe.

Room was nice but cramped The room was nice but with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed made it tight. The tv could not be seen from all beds which made it tough with the kids. The web site states there is breakfast BUT what it does not tell you is that it is grab and go....instant oatmeal, granola bars and apples. This was a surprise and not well liked with the kids. Good location to highway and shops, restaurants. Stayed one night, $88 before taxes, $96 with taxes. POSITIVE: Good location near I-405, with several restaurants and two grocery stores the other side of the highway. Room and hotel were clean, service very friendly. NEGATIVE: first, they advertised a complimentary breakfast with hot oatmeal -- by which I expected a pot of steaming hot oatmeal made that morning. Not so. My favourite home away from home! I stay here nearly every weekend, due to home renovations. Sometimes I even get the same room! I love the rooms here and all the amenities. Extended Stay actually makes me look forward to the weekend. 5 stars across the board!

Reasonable rates for a reasonable stay You won't find the amenities of a traditional hotel here (like daily maid service, toiletries, etc.), but for a last minute, value priced room, it was a good value.
