Poor staff service We waited over an hour to check in on Saturday afternoon, the front desk kept saying another 10 minutes, finally left after over an hour wait told them we would be back later that night (had to be at a wedding). Tried checking again at 10:30 pm and was told to come back at 11:00 because they had to do a shift change report.

Comfortable I stayed here for two weeks. It was very comfortable and I have no major complaints.

The location is decent in terms of being close enough to make a day trip into Seattle to see the sites there, and also very close to the Boeing plant, which I highly recommend. The location makes it much more affordable than most hotels directly in Seattle. Unfortunately, we had booked 2 double queen bed rooms, but we were only given a single-queen room and single-king room with sofa beds, which were somewhat usable for the kids, but overall incredibly uncomfortable and would actually flip back into the couch if the kids sat... read more

Spacious room The room was larger than a typical hotel room and included a sofa bed and kitchen. The breakfast was scant. It's a good 20 minute plus (depending on traffic, which can be horrendous!) drive to downtown Seattle.

Decent on a budget Our room was clean & comfortable but it didn't seem like much cleaning happened outside the rooms all weekend. The garbage area was full & piling up around the bins. We were on a non smoking floor but could smell smoke as soon as we got to the top of the stairs (near the housekeeping area) all weekend. We never saw a housekeeper there at all though. Great service, but We had 3 adults so one of us was sleeping on sofa. Sofa was not suitable for good sleep! In other hotels nowadays the sofas are almost as good as beds, but here the wires felt very hard. If we had travelled as couple, the room was good, but the smell ... it was bad. Maybe it was because some pet ? a dog? lucky that I am not allergic ... the breakfast was one apple, one muffin and coffee...and I was happy with that. the price/quality ok

Nice room, slow response. I was delivered to the wrong place, there is another Extended Stay across the highway that has been there longer and that's where I started. I was told not to worry that someone would bet me to the right one. I waited a little and they came back to say it would be over an hour since no one was available. So I walked to the correct one luggage and all. I found my room had no DVD control and asked for a replacement repeatedly and got one the third day after bugging the late night guy.. Helpful staff but strong cooking odors Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Only issue for us was the varied ethnic cooking odors from neighboring rooms that were overwhelming and lingering.
