Bothell-Seattle WA The staff was extremely friendly and answered any of our questions. The hotel room was comfortable the first night nice and clean. Then the second day we went away came back and there was no room service done on our room. Very disappointed by that. The water pressure on the second and third floors do not put out enough water to fully bathe. The kitchen and living room were a nice addition that would allow a longer stay to be more bearable.
Amenities I was a travel or who had to leave early. For overnight guest you should have a coffee pot, coffee etc assigned to the room as we had to call a taxi by six am

everything is ok but breakfast Everything is fine, bed is comfortable, room is clean, staff are nice, but the breakfast is a big disappointment.....it's more like a snack bar, there are only some oatmeal, coffee, muffins, couple fruits and some energy bars, that's it. And they collect breakfast so fast and on time, seems like they really don't want to offer breakfast and afraid of if we get one more muffin or one more cup of coffee....I feel really bad about this.
Good stay Suite was great, lots of room. Hotel staff seem low like they didn't have enough employees to man the place, there is never anyone at the front desk and we were told we had no housekeeping and if we wanted it we had to pay extra our room had an ant problem. Breakfast is muffins coffee and oatmeal, price was affordable, location is good easy access to freeway 405 and lots of gas stations and restaurants around, would stay again overall a good hotel
Great place to stay Even though my Hotels.com reservation wasn't found right away, the staff still put me and my family into a room for our whole stay. The staff surprised my youngest daughter a cake with a candle for her birthday which they really didn't have to do that. They were amazing.
Disappointed When booking this stay, we were under the impressions that the room would be a comfortable stay for a family of 5. However the room we booked was so small, we could barely fit our family. When we arrived the hotel clerk was very rude and seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of people checking in. The whole hotel was very smelly.
