Nice hotel close to my friends places. Friendly smiling front desk staff to start with my checked in. Coffee is available anytime. And friendly smiling staff when I checked out.

You buy cheap you get cheap It was cheap so i cant really complain too much. However, i had trouble connecting to their wi-fi and once i did it was REALLY slow. I had previously stayed at another of their hotels and that one was much nicer with muffins for breakfast

Great location, great price! Dog friendly We always stay here when we’re in Bothell. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. We can bring our dog and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. The cons, the front desk staff aren’t very friendly, the rooms don't provide an in-room coffee maker or cups for water, although you can request them. Overall for the price of this room, we’ll be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a no frills room.

"You Get What You Pay For" Room had a small kitchen & some light odors throughout the room. Bathroom toilet seat very loose & slams-shut making a very load noise. The shower curtain had debris on the interior of curtain & shower rod had soap/shampoo debris on it. The refrigerator compressor "kicks on" every 60 min. loudly. No plastic bag for soiled laundry so I took the trashcan liner. The toilet paper roll should roll outwards, especially where it was located. Front desk staff are overall very good, but when I mentioned concern over housekeeper missing details I was told housekeeper would clean it the next week. Been here 7 weeks. Housekeepers - details overlooked. Hit and miss. The first week I found personal items under bed from prior guest—socks and trash and pen. For Two weeks my toilet was not cleaned. One week got no towels for kitchen. Been here 7 weeks now and my TV has never been dusted so I cleaned it myself. Two times when the bed was changed it was made in such a way ... read more

10 day stay. Stayed here for 10 nights. Rooms ok though slightly dated. Wi-Fi was up and down. Only criticism is the bathroom shower could do with increased water pressure and hotter water. Reception staff were great, very friendly. Restaurants and shops nearby but you definitely need a car to go further afield.
