We were waiting on something to be brought to our room by grounds keeper and the next day both Genevieve and Amy checked to see that it was taken care of and then when Amanda (G.M) got in she was sure to not only check with her staff that it had been handled but with me and my partner's and that it was acceptable to our liking. It was a pretty welcoming surprise. I'll continue to book my rooms here every time I need a place to stay in the area. I love it here. It is a gated community so it helps you sleep sounder knowing that not just anyone can get into the parking or the building. And the staff Amanda, Genevieve and Amy really make u feel like family. I love the atmosphere here. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends and will stay here again anytime.

I loved the fact that it's a gated community because I don't have to worry about anyone car prowling or anything. I love the way the staff, Amy, and Genevieve are great and Amanda treats you like your family. I love this place and will stay here any time I need a place to stay in this area.

Not too bad! The staff is friendly. There are a lot of guests with dogs, but it doesn't smell like dogs. The guest room floor didn't seem to have been swept or mopped well. The bathtub plug didn't work properly. Overall, fairly clean, I don't understand the difference in pricing for the same room on different weeks. I am staying again.
