Just okay For an extended stay, they did not think about how the room would be used. Needed a second nightstand, luggage rack, more dresser space, more counter space in bathroom, etc. Boxspring on bed was NOISY and we could hear the people in the next room turning in their bed too. We had two rooms - one had dingy sheets and popcorn on the floor - the other room was clean. "Breakfast on the go" was barely a breakfast compared to what most motels provide as standard now. Five sports channels and no business channels.

Everett,Wa. would have been aware that shampoo was not provided and that breakfast was minimal. Still it was clean and conveniently located.

The desk person didn't tell us about getting parking vouches from them before removing our car from the parking garage so we got stuck paying $35/day.

The staff was GREAT but the room ~ not so great I stayed at this hotel on a Thursday night and then again on Sunday. The first night was ok, nothing to really complain about other than maybe the other "guests" who were obviously staying there long term. A little scary. When I returned for the Sunday stay it was a different room, there was an empty beer can in the closet, the coffee maker still had the old coffee in it and had obviously not been cleaned out. hmm the bed was hard. other than that it was nice horrible beds but clean rooms. i just wish they had a bigge size than a twin for double beds.

Competent, but smells I didn't think this was a bad hotel... definately not my worst stay. My biggest complaint is that it stinks. I have read other complaints from this hotel about the odor but I am not usually too offended so I thought I would not be bothered by it, but the odor is quite strong. Others have said it is cigarette smoke on the 4th floor. We were on the 2nd and I am not sure what the odor was, but luckily after awhile we got used to the odor and did ok until we walked outside and came back in again. Other poin... read more
