Very clean and nicely renovated That was one of the best experiences I had with an unknown hotel to me. It was very clean with nice decoration and friendly staff.

nice eperience Very nice hotel...I only stayed there one night, but I'd have stayed longer. Many people lingering around (perhaps they were extended stay residents). The employees were very helpful.

Comfortable, clean and good value for money Very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel room at Extended Stay America. I will definitely book again if available in area I am visiting

Just okay For an extended stay, they did not think about how the room would be used. Needed a second nightstand, luggage rack, more dresser space, more counter space in bathroom, etc. Boxspring on bed was NOISY and we could hear the people in the next room turning in their bed too. We had two rooms - one had dingy sheets and popcorn on the floor - the other room was clean. "Breakfast on the go" was barely a breakfast compared to what most motels provide as standard now. Five sports channels and no business channels.

Everett,Wa. would have been aware that shampoo was not provided and that breakfast was minimal. Still it was clean and conveniently located.
