TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!! No hairdryer in the room, you have to ask for it at the front desk. Not convenient when you are just getting out of the shower, because all other hotels have them in the rooms but not this one. Ice machine??? Ice machine??? NOPE!! THERE ISN'T AN ICE MACHINE!!! When I asked front desk staff, I was made to feel stupid, as I was told ALL Extended Stays don't have ice machines!!! I won't be back, and these are just two complaints. Surprisingly terrible Hotel couldn't find the reservation had the "laundry girl" at the desk. Got a room at 2am. Room wasn't cleaned. They checked us out a day early and removed our belongings. We are missing an iPhone now. Manager NEVER on duty.

Room is not stock with coffee pot, cups, old beddi Room is not stock with coffee pot, cups, ice bucket. Old bedding needs a new look. It was convenient

Good location, that's it Rude, blunt girl behind desk. Felt like I was booking into jail or something. Did not feel welcomed like best western

I got locked out of the hotel. My keycard stopped working and no staff was at the desk. I had to wait fifteen minutes to get back in. My room was not clean and smelled horrible.

Dont recommend Extremely noisy and staff is not very helpful. ( other than the lady who checked me in)

Disappointing Room has a kitchen but it was completely empty. Was not even able to make a cup of coffee unless you requested for mugs, pots etc. No cutlery either. No hairdryer but an iron and ironing board. Felt the room should have been supplied with a minimal amount of amenities like a standard hotel. Can't understand how this could be a hotel for extended stay comfort.
