The room seemed clean. The hotel itself was less than average. The need to ask for the coffee pot and kitchen items from the front desk because they are not in the room, underlines the trouble the hotel often runs into. The breakfast was granola bars. There was no coffee creamer anywhere on-site. The children of the families who live there have no place to entertain themselves so they do as children will and run around the hotel. It's off the main road down a longer driveway so you don't get much street noise, but it is next to the freeway and depending on which side of the hotel your room is, you will get that noise. Entering and exiting the property is about average considering traffic. The grounds were nicely kept.

The floors in the room were very dirty we arrived and removed our shoes and socks walking around in bare feet but the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt.

Breakfast was not good. Couldn't drink the coffee, it was that bad and I grew up drinking truck stop coffee..lol. Outdated and bed was ok. Next time, I would stay somewhere else.
