Horrible wifi but friendly staff. Friendly staff. Nice size and decor of the rooms. The wifi was horrible. The toilet had issues but they fixed it. Shanna was very helpful.

Nice Hotel near my family at Silver Lake Good value, nice room, quiet and clean. Convenient. Early check out was easy, wakeup call was appreciated! I liked the fridge and kitchenette, though no pots, pans, plates or silverware.

We spent the day with our grandchildren to celebrate Christmas. It was going to be late so we book a night so we could sleep and then head home. The room was quiet and warm, a real "at home" feel with kitchen and furniture.

Better than your average hotel. More like a studio apartment than a hotel. They charge way too much for pets, but if booking through hotels.com the nightly rate is very reasonable for what you get
