It was ok. Not bad but not good either. Minimal breakfast, loud, broken toilet and uncomfortable bed.

Poor Condition Carpet was coming apart in our room. There was not even a coffee pot in the room. The referigerator motor was so loud it kept us awake most of the night. The toilet flush was like a monster that was going to suck you down! very loud. I stay at a hotel in Cottage Grove while in Oregon that has free water and M & Ms in the refer, clean, comfortable beds, a spa, pool and excellent service all for only $99 per night. This was not up to my standards at all.

if you cook, not a great choice. The room is like most extended stays, except the kitchen isn't stocked, you must request everything, and have it brought to you. the supplies are meager, at best. for a family of 4, we didn't get a setting for 4. we also didn't have a dishwasher, or a garbage disposal, so having to scrape everything into the garbage was gross, especially when you find out room service only comes 1 time a week. when I found the housekeeping staff in the hallway, I asked room shampoo because we had none. Basic hotel Stayed for 2 nights, pull out couch mattress had multiple stains. Used blanket to cover for son to sleep on. Otherwise clean enough. Staff friendly.

Being an extended stay with a kitchenette one would think there would we something in the kitchen cupboards. The kitchen was totally empty. Disappointed.
