Everything was just fine but to chairs was very dirty in our room with white spots on them

Wonderful stay. ?11 Days. No Price Break? Staying here 11 days and still going on you would think we would get some type of price break. Only being able to play one day at a time.
Smoking unavailable. Staff denied 20 minute late check out. Ridiculous.

At this property, smoking is only permitted outside the hotel; however we do have a sister property nearby that has smoking rooms available. Also, I am sorry to hear that we were not able to accommodate your request for a late check out, unfortunately there are situations where we are not able to honor those requests, please accept my apologies. We hope to have to opportunity to serve you again in the future.
Clean, but Staff could try a class in CS Rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. It's pretty quiet, with the exception of rambunctious kids above us. Staff was rude. Had a booking issue and they were not cooperative at all. Very disappointing.
Man with a plan Stay was for pleasure and did the job.
