Fantastic location, near the I-5 and the I-405. The desk staff are young and have poor customer service. They are nice enough if you keep asking them for things, but they volunteer nothing. If you are bringing in a lot of stuff or using the luggage cart be prepared for a marathon of door wrangling. You will be on your own the desk staff will not volunteer to hold the door open. Clean and nice for extended stay We were in Washington to move my daughter into college. The room was spacious and very clean. I didn't realize it had a full kitchen so we hadn't brought any food for meals, but nice to know for future trips. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only dislike was the location. There was a park and ride but I didn't see access to the freeway on or off so we had to drive a ways and it was fairly isolated behind the tire shop, good because it was quiet but bad because there were people han... read more

Family reunion Really liked how the hotel was off the road behind a business so there was no traffic noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no daily housekeeping unless you request it and I like that.
Descent stay There was jumping and running noise coming from the room above us, we were not sure if it was an excersing room.... At 12:30am I was awaken by loud vices coming from the hallway, it sounded like people were just hanging out plus they started knocking on the neighbor's door without luck, so the knocking got louder and louder along with voices asking for the person to open up.... Suggestion: assign quiet couples, away from families with kids, and on the highest floor to ensure no jumping and running of little ones... read more

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Our room needed some cosmetic fixes, but was clean and good for the money. The breakfast was okay, but we would have preferred a few more choices.
