Great Staff - Great Value The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious for an extended stay hotel. The coffee is great in the morning and the grab-n-go muffins are very tasty. I stay in this hotel every few months and it is a good place to sleep and put down your head after a long days work. The carpets could use a little shampooing and the hallways occasionally smell of burnt food, but overall it is a good experience and value.

Nice hotel easy access from main highway. I liked this hotel it was clean and the staff was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.
Decent Value, Next Time I will be more prepared. A good value, in particular having a kitchenette. I found it quite, and restful, but the A/C-Heater unit only seemed to work with the fan on high speed, that was a bit annoying. I wanted to take care of some matter before the beginning of the Fall Quarter of college. I was willing to pay some money to avoid several hours of driving. Nice, clean & friendly staff The room was nice and very clean. Friendly staffand very helpful! The only negative was the two nights of little sleep due to the very loud family with children above me. So frustrating!!!

Fantastic location, near the I-5 and the I-405. The desk staff are young and have poor customer service. They are nice enough if you keep asking them for things, but they volunteer nothing. If you are bringing in a lot of stuff or using the luggage cart be prepared for a marathon of door wrangling. You will be on your own the desk staff will not volunteer to hold the door open. Clean and nice for extended stay We were in Washington to move my daughter into college. The room was spacious and very clean. I didn't realize it had a full kitchen so we hadn't brought any food for meals, but nice to know for future trips. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only dislike was the location. There was a park and ride but I didn't see access to the freeway on or off so we had to drive a ways and it was fairly isolated behind the tire shop, good because it was quiet but bad because there were people han... read more

Family reunion Really liked how the hotel was off the road behind a business so there was no traffic noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no daily housekeeping unless you request it and I like that.
