No Heat Windows were open when we got there. 50 degrees outside and in the room. Heater did not work.

Very average hotel It was close to restaurants and to the highways, and fair value for the price.

First Time at Extended Stay We stayed at the Silverlake Extended Stay while moving. The bed was very comfortable, the unit was clean. The hallway needed vacuuming, the tub faucet leaked, the drip plate on the stove was dirty and undersized for the element and the parking lot had some litter. For us the location was perfect and we did sleep well.

okay I suggest it will be appropriate to warn guests that they will be doing their own housekeeping while they stay in the facility

Customer service needs to be better. Did not feel welcome at hotel when I arrived, and did not provide me an invoice upon checkout when I requested it.

Comfort Away From Home The room was very comfortable! I like the large living space and bath area. The bed was soooo comfortable. Didn't use the kitchen appliances...but I sure will next time. Great staff, too!
