Needs Improvement I have stayed in a lot of Extended stay suites at an lower price. This was supposed to be an extended stay deluxe so I paid considerably more for it. The rooms and furniture were old looking and the bed was not comfortable. There were no cooking utensils. The lights in kitchen didn't work. There was no dresser to put your clothes in. Blood stained sheet and filthy mattress. Rooms were dirty. Sofa bed mattress was heavily soiled. Told receptionist she was not ready to change the room but offered sheets. When I brought the sheets to blood stain was on the mattress as well and my daughters refused to sleep on it. On the meantime shift changed and new receptionist (Desiree) when out of her way and talked to management and switched the room. This should have been done immense I brought this up to the first receptionist. All this took more than two hours to se... read more

Simply gross 4 people smoking at lobby entrance. 1st room was rancid w smoke smell. 2nd wasn’t much better. We had to sleep with windows open all night. It became evident that many “guests” were living at the hotel. Yellow school bus even pulled up in AM. Simply gross in every aspect. Sticky floor near kitchen. Hair and dust all over bathroom counter; clearly not wiped. Dirt/dust/fuzzies along floor/wall borders.
