Blood stained sheet and filthy mattress. Rooms were dirty. Sofa bed mattress was heavily soiled. Told receptionist she was not ready to change the room but offered sheets. When I brought the sheets to blood stain was on the mattress as well and my daughters refused to sleep on it. On the meantime shift changed and new receptionist (Desiree) when out of her way and talked to management and switched the room. Simply gross 4 people smoking at lobby entrance. 1st room was rancid w smoke smell. 2nd wasn’t much better. We had to sleep with windows open all night. It became evident that many “guests” were living at the hotel. Yellow school bus even pulled up in AM. Simply gross in every aspect. Sticky floor near kitchen. Hair and dust all over bathroom counter; clearly not wiped. Dirt/dust/fuzzies along floor/wall borders. Dirty room initially, quickly moved to another but still not great. Not much comfort, and don't expect to use the sofa bed.

Poor, poor, poor It took us going up and down the 1 elevator 3 times and 3 different rooms before we were finally able to get settled. The room keys didn't work on the first room, the second room was locked from the inside, and the third room had an extension cord pugged in the room leading to a fan in the hallway with the door propped open. The sofa-sleeper was extremely uncomfortable, we had to take our own linens up to our room. The first night there me my husband and children woke jpijjor more bits from fleas. I work from home and the wify is terrible bo connection. And they charge you for there horrible wify. Room natsvghf ft 5
