Access to the complex was easy and there was enough parking. The problem is when you enter, in the lobby the trash cans are overflowing with garbage. There is no staff at the counter to receive guests, and it takes time to get a person to assist. When we entered the room, it had a strong smell of urine that did not stop even when we left. In the place you could hear the footsteps of a person walking on the ceiling and the breakfast area did not look very hygienic. Front Desk Friendly and greated us w/a Smile. Explained amenities the Hotel had to offer, also offered dishes, cooking supplies which was nice. She also if we needed anything, call or come down to the lobby and she would see what she could do. Complete night and day from night before. Glad we gave Extended Stay another chance, by changing locations.

The property and staff were nice but the walls are very thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Otherwise it was a good place. Would probably stay again but with ear plugs.
