Great for stays in that area The hotel overall was excellent. The only thing that we disliked was the quality of the mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had an excellent location for the Lynnwood area and was close to I5. It only took us an hour to get there from SeaTac Airport even in traffic.
Clean rooms for a great price Despite the bargain price, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is located within minutes from the I-5 freeway which means there is a bit of traffic noise but very convienient. The staff was friendly and the Lynnwood area felt safe. The only issue I had was the first non-smoking room they offered smelled like smoke, but changing rooms wasn't a problem. Also, make sure you bring some basic supplies such as shampoo/sponges/toothpaste as they aren't provided for you.
Good Stay I was happy with the Hotel, and was glad I had read previous reviews. I noticed several comments on the bed being hard, so we brought an air mattress. Made the stay very comfortable. Other than the bed, everything was great, The staff was very friendly and accomadating. I would definitly stay here again.

Great Value This was a great value as we stayed out most of the day and returned only at nights to shower and sleep. Not having the daily maid service was not too bad, just like being at home.
basic Price was equal to value - nothing special, met the basic needs. We got a handicap room which wasn't convenient for us as there was no counter space in the bathroom.
