Young man needs to be schooled up about respect the most unprofessional kid ive met in a long time parents... you would be disappointed

We booked this hotel because it is listed as having a full kitchen. I have food allergies, and that is important when I travel. It did have a kitchen, with not a single kitchen item in it. Not even a coffee maker or paper cups like a regular hotel would have. We got in late and had to leave early - we were greeted with a little sign that told us that we had to request kitchen items. Disappointment! The place over all as we enter the hall ways have an old smell to it and the smell is like it used to be a smoking hotel. The was definitely spacious, which we did appreciate. The bed was comfy enough for a sufficient night rest. We came in late at night so did not notice anything. But when we get up in the morning, getting ready to check out. Hot Water & Transparency Other than that, I would stay longer, but when asked about the fact that there's no hot water, staff was already aware and had no idea when it would be fixed. This is EXTENDED STAY,, right? Which brings me to the transparency part. Had I been made aware of that one major drawback, I would have choosen to stay at the other Extended Stay nearby. The bed was so uncomfortable. The hall had a horrible odor.

No respect customer service I pay for 11 nights around $ 1400 But they gave me rooms disabled rooms with bad shower In the 2nd days i was asked theme change rooms no body cares It's not fair

Yuck Hotel is old run down in need of update. Paint , furniture, cabinets. Spilled something on hardwood floor, wiped up with hotel washcloth. The cloth was black with dirt. Made me wonder about cleanliness of bedding, bathroom (did toilet get cleaned or just flushed several times?). Refrigerator smelled. Would never stay there again. I checked out a day earlier than planned to go to another hotel.
