Put us on the first floor right by the laundry room ,people doing laundry at 340 am right by staff room door ,open and closing all night,right above us a family with children running around thumping at 533 am .floors in room where not washed .had no sleep ...but when i told staff about the people upstairs they did,call or talk to them cuz they became quite after wards .

The pillows all smelled like human head stink. There were fingernail clippings on the bed. Pretty sure the sheets hadn't been washed appropriately. I left a day earlier than planned and went to a different hotel because it was so disgusting.

The location is safe. Parking is easy. Good Customer Service. The grab and go breakfast is really disappointing. The pillows are small and uncomfortable.
Smelled like urine (barf) in the lobby. Our tv phone lights and toilet didn’t work, I left 2 hours after checking in
Suzanne at the front desk was rude and very unhelpful. The software does some audit and she said I had to wait an hour to check in it. 1230 in the morning. She wouldn’t cancel my reservation because she said there’s no problem with the check-in, I would just have to wait up to an hour
Property not very cleaning, Iron in the room is not working I asked for another they never provided it. They shouldn’t say breakfast included because this is very misleading it’s only limited coffee bar. Is not worth the price.

The property is in a good location but the graveyard shift person is rude.

Breakfast is coffee and small grab and go Dirty rooms and common areas, carpeting had terrible stains.
