I honestly loved checking in and working with the afternoon/evening staff, I’m horrible with names but they made such a great impression, treating me with kindness, respect, and overall positivity. I was thrilled that they extended that treatment to my dog and made him feel like a star.
It was a great experience. The room was clean and customer service was excellent.
